Meet Our Staff

Liz began her insurance career in 1994 working in personal and commercial lines for an independent agency in Florida while attending college. She moved with her husband, Jason, to Maryland in 1998 and continued her career working for an independent agency. In February of 2002, Liz went to work for a start up insurance company as a Personal Lines Underwriter. With the experience of working as an Agent and Underwriter, she has the tools and knowledge that sets her apart from other agents. She understands the customers’ needs as well as the company’s expectations. Liz is Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensed in multiple states. She also holds the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

In her personal time, Liz keeps busy with her two daughters, Labrador Retriever, and Goldendoodle. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She has lived in Bel Air in Harford County, MD for more than 15 years.

Stephanie has amassed a great deal of insurance experience since she started her career in 2006. Stephanie is responsible for assisting individuals, families, and companies with determining the personal or commercial insurance coverage that best suits their needs. Her consultative approach allows her to tailor each client’s coverage to specifically match their individual situation. Stephanie is Property & Casualty licensed and holds the Accredited Customer Service Representative and Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations.

Outside of the office, Stephanie’s two children, husband, and the family’s Golden Retrievers keep her extremely busy. Having lived in the Bowley’s Quarters area all her life, she is very familiar with the people and community she serves. She enjoys family vacations, being out on the boat, being at the Marina, or just spending time with her family and friends.

Troy has spent two decades building relationships with and providing outstanding customer service to his clients. As an insurance agent with Redmer Insurance Group, Troy focuses his attention on helping small to medium businesses design cost-effective insurance strategies and programs that are specifically designed for their business and budget. He takes the time to understand his client’s business, simplifying insurance jargon into everyday examples that clients can relate to their business.

Troy also helps serve his personal insurance clients with life, auto, home, and disability insurance: Troy is Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensed.

Troy lives in Parkville, Maryland with his wife, Cassie, and their two children, William and Greta.

Stacy comes to Redmer Insurance Group with an extensive amount of experience, having worked for an independent insurance agency since 1998. For over 20 years she has been servicing Personal Lines clients. Stacy places a high priority on delivering an excellent customer service experience. She enjoys working with each client, discussing and reviewing policies, adding coverages as needed, processing service requests and handling claims. Stacy is Property & Casualty insurance licensed.

As a Baltimore native, Stacy knows her community well. She has lived in Dundalk her entire life. When Stacy is not in the office, she is spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her dog, a Bichon named Sully. Stacy enjoys reading, shopping and watching her family play sports. She also keeps busy by volunteering with her husband at the local school her husband works for and adopting a family each year.

Missy has a passion for helping others which is what attracted her to the insurance industry. She started off her career in life and health insurance and then transitioned into personal lines in 2022. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, she knows how to communicate with clients and provide efficient customer service. Missy is Property & Casualty and Life &Health insurance licensed in multiple states.

Missy currently lives in Pennsylvania with her two children, Scarlett and Kyler. When she is not working, she is spending time with her children outdoors swimming in the creek behind her house, hiking, or having picnics. She also has been volunteering with FaceForward International, a non-profit providing reconstructive surgeries for victims of violent crimes, for the past 8 years.

Jamie started in the insurance industry in 2021, servicing Commercial Lines clients. She will continue this role at Redmer Insurance Group. Providing the best service to clients is a top priority for her. She really enjoys the relationships she builds with the clients. Jamie is Property & Casualty insurance licensed.

Having grown up in Maryland and graduated from Towson University, Jamie is able to understand our clients needs very well. She is currently living in Perry Hall with her husband, Matthew, and their pets, a calico cat named Luna and a black Labrador named Scarlett. In her spare time, she loves to write and spend time with family and friends. If she had it her way, pumpkin spice lattes would be sold year-round.
